AMVAC Chemical Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Vanguard Corporation (NYSE:AVD), has acquired the FFIII™ fungicide product line from the Plant Nutrient Group of The Andersons, Inc, (NASDAQ:ANDE). FFIII contains three highly effective active ingredients which work together to provide long lasting turf disease protection.
Mr. Jeff Alvis, the Business Manager of AMVAC’s AEP (non-crop) business segment commented: “We are delighted to have this excellent fungicide incorporated into our expanding portfolio of products for turf preservation.
